WHO ARE YOU?

You are part of an ecosystem and that ecosystem is part of you.
Symptoms can result from imbalances within your ecosystem.
The most effective way to feel better is to balance the whole ecosystem.
A balanced ecosystem means a healthier and happier you – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Let’s work together.

YOUR ECOSYSTEM

What do I mean by ecosystem?
Basically, you are made from the same elements of the universe in which you exist, and as such, you are subject to the same influences. Usually, when people talk about an ecosystem, they are referring to the interconnecting and interacting elements of the world, nature, and earth around us. But, that same ecosystem also exists within you.
Your health, wellness, and even success in the world are dependent on the balance of the elements both within you and outside of you.
In my observation, this ecosystem involves and influences all levels of our being: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

WHAT ARE SYMPTOMS?

Symptoms are reflections of the imbalance within.
To address your whole health, we have to consider four Mirrors of Consciousness:
Creativity & Finance
Food & Environment
Family & Relationship
Society & Culture
When there is an imbalance at any level of your being, whether it’s physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual, it will also appear and impact one or more of these four Mirrors of Consciousness.
Conversely, when you experience blocks, stuck-ness, or disturbances in one or more of the four Mirrors of Consciousness, you will experience the reflection of those blocks in your body, mind, emotions, or spiritually. In other words, the issues that you experience “out there” are also within.
How we relate to the world around us, mirrors how we relate to ourselves… and that has a direct effect on our body, mind, and emotions.

DANIELLE JOFFE

In my 25 years of practice as a healer, spiritual psychologist, acupuncturist, and intuitive counselor, I have come to believe one thing: whole = health. What I mean by this is that in order to truly heal, we must take an integrated approach, one that focuses on every aspect of our lives, not just a specific point of pain. For the countless patients I have helped, the breakthrough towards healing always came when we looked beyond the pain itself. When we explored more deeply into the whole person: physically, psychologically, and spiritually.
